1. Vehicle condition

I am responsible for ensuring my truck is mechanically sound before tuning. The tuner is not performing a mechanical inspection. I understand that tuning or operating a truck with existing mechanical problems may contribute to damage or failure, and I accept responsibility for the truck's condition and use.

2. Non-refundable licensing

Once tuning licenses have been purchased or paid for, the licensing cost is non-refundable. I understand that licensing fees may be incurred before tuning is completed.

3. Flashing risks

I understand that incorrect flashing procedures, interrupted power or communication, or failure to follow instructions may damage or brick the ECM and may require repair or replacement. I agree to follow all flashing instructions and accept the risks of the flashing process.

4. Tuning risks

I understand that modifying engine or transmission calibrations carries risks, including drivability issues, component damage, and vehicle failure. I accept these risks and am responsible for deciding whether to proceed.
